when i got to the ER i was in so much pain i was literally in tears. i got taken back in like 2 minutes, my BP was 163/110, but since i don't have high bp normally they said it was due to my pain level. They told me i was running a fever.
I had to give a urine sample and then they took me to a room to wait and see the doctor. The doctor came in and poked and prodded me for a minute, ordered blood work and said they were going to give something for pain and something to keep me from throwing up. The two people that came in to give me the pain meds were a guy and girl i went to HS with, he told me he was going to give me the shot in the butt. I decided to get it in my arm because i didn't want him seeing my ass, stupid move and next time i will just bare my ass. Anyway after all was said and done, i have a kidney infection and they want me to call my OB in the morning and tell them i was in the ER and i need to be seen before my appt next week. The ER doctor wants me to be seen by my OB this week instead. They sent me home with a prescription for antibiotics and something for pain and all the paperwork with my lab results and results from every test they ran so that i can take it to my OB. By the time we left my BP was down to 117/73!!
Sorry for any typos i am exhausted and pretty loopy, thanks for everything ladies!!

i am such a proud mommy
One thing that we find important to teach chloe is her manners. So many kids don't say a simple please or thank-you, and that is not at all how we want chloe to be. A lot of the times she will say "please" or "thank-you" unprompted, and other times we have to remind her but thats ok, she will eventually remember. Recently i was told by a lady that Chloe is the most well mannered child she had ever met, i of course had an ear-to-ear grin and was so proud.

ahhh, now that is what i call a good day
nothing like your 2year old going to bed "early" (ok not early, but earlier than she has been lately) AND sleeping in late to make for a good day! Chloe was in bed earlier than she has been and then on top of it she slept in until 10:45 this morning. After she woke up we cuddled for a long time and enjoyed each others company. She has been such a good girl and we have had such a good time together today.

T.G.I.F
seriously, thank god its Friday! Although i do wish i would have gotten more than i don't know like 2hrs of sleep. Chloe had a rough night last night, she fell out of bed and it not only scared her but she ended up with a fat lip because of it. After that happened she was totally inconsolable for a long time. After we finally got her calmed down she was still a mess, everything we said to her made her cry, no matter what it was. She didn't want to be loved/hugged/cuddled or even touched for that matter but she didn't want us to leave her alone either. One second she was crying for her blanket because "my cold, my cold" and the next second she was kicking it off and crying because "my don't want my blanket". This went on until the wee hours of the morning, i felt so bad for her but there was nothing i could do for her. It was a really long night to say the least.
One good think about today is that Phillip gets off relatively early today so we will FINALLY get to make our "birthday trip" to the cemetery to release McKenzie's balloon.

5 weeks
Baby's now the size of an appleseed!Your embryo, which doesn't look like much more than a tadpole right now, is actually starting to form major organs (heart, kidney, liver, stomach) and systems (nervous, circulatory, digestive). Baby's presence in your uterus triggers production of HCG (the hormone detected by pregnancy tests), which triggers the production of other hormones like estrogen and progesterone, which triggers all those great symptoms you've probably been noticing!

101 in 1001
LIST IS STILL UNFINISHED, I WILL ADD THINGS AS I THINK OF THEM!!
I got this from my sister's blog and I thought it would be fun (not to mention challenging). It is called 101 in 1001. Basically it is a list of 101 things that I would like to do or accomplish in 1001 days. I started Today, May 1, 2010. 1001 days from then is January 30, 2013. Wish me luck!
The Mission: Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.
The Criteria: Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on my part).
Why 1001 Days? Many people have created lists in the past - frequently simple goals such as new year's resolutions. The key to beating procrastination is to set a deadline that is realistic. 1001 Days (about 2.75 years) is a better period of time than a year, because it allows you several seasons to complete the tasks, which is better for organizing and timing some tasks such as overseas trips or outdoor activities.
