Had my 22week appointment today. BP was really good, still no weight gain but no loss so that is good. My doctor did an ultrasound in office but told me we also had to go to the hospital to have an extensive u/s done. Now that i am considered high risk i had to have a better ultrasound to make sure that everything with Avery is looking good, my cervix and my scar plus all of her measurements of course.
So right after we left the doctor's office we went straight to have the u/s done. I now know that i can hold 1.5L of water in my bladder for over 2hrs! LOL. The ladies doing my ultrasound were super nice (one trained and one student). The were taking their measurements and i saw Avery's head and commented on how big her dome is, they laughed and agreed (both my other girls had huge heads too). She wouldn't cooperate to let them get the pics of her heart that she needed so it took well over an hour. Then they let Phillip come in and did the fun part. She is still and most definitely a girl, she has long legs and big feet. She has the same nose as both my girls and her beautiful little heart was beating away!
anyway here are the pics from the hospital u/s...
Avery's profile after she gave the tech a nice right hook!
Avery's profile
she was starting to curl up into a ball
Avery's big giant foot! (it scanned crooked)
